Transparent shipping, no surprises.

At Mahuna, we keep things simple. Your order is shipped directly from our fulfillment partner in China, the same place where our hemp gear is made. That means no unnecessary detours, no extra handling, and lower emissions.

The best part? We ship worldwide with DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). All customs, import duties, and VAT are taken care of by us upfront. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay. No hidden fees, no stressful calls from customs.

How it works

· Processing time: 1–2 business days (we're small, but we're fast).
· Shipping time: Usually 5–12 business days depending on your location (sometimes quicker, sometimes a little slower – we're always honest about this).
· Tracking: You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

We're a small, independent brand based in Amsterdam. We don't have a giant logistics team. What we do have is a lot of care for our products and our customers.

If something feels off with your delivery – a delay, a lost parcel, a weird tracking update – just email us at info@mahunaclothing.com with your order number. We'll personally look into it and get back to you within 24 hours (usually faster).

Returns & exchanges
