🧡 Returns at Mahuna

We want you to love your Mahuna piece. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help quickly and without hassle.

Here's how it works:

1. Always contact us first.
Drop us a line at info@mahunaclothing.com with your order number and tell us what's going on. Most of the time we can figure out a solution together.

2. Easy returns.
If a return is really necessary, we'll provide you with a return address and clear instructions. No complicated forms, no hidden steps.

3. Return shipping is on you (unless we made a mistake).
We're a small brand and don't cover return costs, unless the item is faulty or we sent you the wrong thing. Always use tracked shipping, we can't be responsible for lost packages.

4. Prefer a new item over a return?
Often it's easier to just send you a replacement instead of going through the whole return process. Just ask, we're happy to help find the best solution for you.

📋 The official rules (short and clear)

· 14 days to change your mind after receiving your order.
· Items must be unworn, undamaged, with tags still attached, and in original packaging.
· Always request your return within 14 days by emailing us. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

EU customers: You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving a reason. The same conditions above apply.

💔 Damaged or wrong item?

If something arrived broken, or you received the wrong size/colour, just email us within 7 days with a few photos. We'll fix it immediately, no cost to you.

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we'll send you a confirmation. Your refund will be issued within 10 business days to your original payment method. Banks sometimes take a little longer, that's out of our hands.
